HERE I AM ....I AM 82 YEARS OLD...AND STILL HAVING FUN !
 MY LIFE HAS BEEN A SERIES OF UPS AND DOWNS (JUST LIKE EVERYBODYS , I GUESS) ALL IN ALL IT HAS BEEN A GOOD LIFE. I HAVE HAD 5 CHILDREN . LOST 2 OF THEM TO CANCER. I HAVE HAD 2 MARRIAGES. ONE BAD AND ONE GOOD. LUCKILY IT WAS THE SECOND ONE THAT WAS GOOD, AND I HAD 45 YEARS WITH RUSSELL BEFORE WE WERE SEPARATED BY HIS DEATH IN 2007 AT AGE 85.
 
I LOVE NATURE AND HAVE GARDENED AND CAMPED ALL MY LIFE....NOW THAT I AM PAST 80 I DON'T DO THOSE THINGS AS MUCH AS I USED TO, ESPECIALLY THE CAMPING,...AS A SUBSTITUTE I LIKE TO HAVE A CAMPFIRE IN THE BACKYARD TO SIT BY AND REMINICE. I STILL ENJOY MY GARDENING THOUGH.
I AM A KNITTER AND QUILTER , AND RECENTLY DISCOVERED THE JOYS OF PASTING AND PAINTING AND ALTERING BOOKS.
